Services Shopify, built to sell
Ecommerce sites · Shopify, built to sell
A store that sells while you sleep, built by people who ran one to $100K in a day.
A Shopify store built by operators who ran their own past $35M: the pages that decide conversion, the flows already wired, the first ads ready to run, handed over and yours.
Catalogue and structure on paper first. Then the five surfaces that decide whether a visitor buys: home, collection, product page, cart, checkout. Tracking, email flows and the first creative batch ship with it.
30 minutes with Jack or Max. We read your account live and tell you where the money leaks.
The five surfaces
A store is five pages. Everything else is decoration.
Most stores are built to look like a brand. They should be built to sell one: the home page that sends people to the right collection, the collection page that sorts by what sells, the product page that answers the seven questions a buyer has before the button, the cart that removes surprises, the checkout that removes friction.
We have run our own stores past $35M and watched the same five surfaces decide the number every time. Speed matters. Reviews on the product page matter. The bundle in the cart matters. The apps that slow the page down matter, in the wrong direction.
So the build starts with the catalogue on paper, the five surfaces in the right order, the tracking verified, the flows wired, and the first batch of ads ready, because a store without traffic is a brochure.
How it runs
Plan, build, launch with the engine attached.
-
Plan
Week one
Catalogue, structure, the five surfaces and the pages that matter most, in a document you sign off.
-
Build
Weeks two to four
Theme, pages, apps that earn their load time, tracking, reviews, bundles. Reviewed with you every few days.
-
Wire
Week four
Pixel and server events verified, the six email flows live, the first creative batch scored and ready.
-
Launch
Week five
Tested on real devices with real orders. Live, with the ads switched on the same day if you want them.
Every app on the store has to earn its place in milliseconds. If it does not sell, it does not ship.

Theme, pages, apps, reviews, bundles, on your Shopify, on your domain, handed over with admin access.
- Once
The tracking sign-off
Pixel, Conversions API, analytics, verified against a real order.
- Once
The six flows
Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, live on day one.
- Once
The first creative batch
Ten angles, statics in every placement, scored, ready to run the day the store goes live.

We show our own store because it is the account we can show in full. It is where the engine was built, and where every mistake was paid for with our own money before any of it was for sale.

Book a Profit Leak Strategy SessionThis is for you if
- A brand with a product that sells and a store that fights it
- A founder moving off a marketplace onto a store they own
- A store that needs a rebuild before the ads scale
Not yet if
- A first product with no sales yet. Sell it once, anywhere, then build the store around what sold
Questions founders ask first
Before you decide.
Shopify only?
Shopify by default because it is the one we have run past $35M and the one every app and integration supports. Other platforms on request when there is a reason.
How long?
Four to five weeks from the signed plan to live, tracking verified, flows live. A migration from another platform adds a week for the data.
Do I own it?
Entirely. Your Shopify account, your domain, your theme files, admin access handed over on launch day.
Can you run the ads after?
Yes. Most stores we build move to the Meta Ads lane the week they launch, with the first creative batch already scored.
Next step
Thirty minutes. Your store, read live.
One of us walks your store as a buyer would and shows you which of the five surfaces is losing the sale.
