Funnel builds · landing pages to checkout

The ad works. The page loses them.

A page built to convert cold traffic, designed by people who have built 750 of them: offer on paper first, copy, design, checkout, tracking, then tests every week it runs.

One promise per page. The first screen sells the click, the middle handles the objections in the order people have them, the checkout removes every unknown. Heatmaps and drop-off points decide what we change next.

Where cold traffic dies

Five pages. Three places they leave.

A cold visitor gives a page three seconds to say what it is and who it is for. Most pages spend those seconds on a logo and a slogan. Then the offer arrives at the bottom, the objections are handled nowhere, and the checkout asks for an account.

A funnel is not a design. It is the order in which a stranger becomes a buyer, and every page has one job. The landing page sells the next click. The sales page answers the objections in the order a real person has them. The checkout removes friction. The upsell makes the second yes easier than the first. The thank-you page starts the next sale.

We build the offer on paper before anything is designed, because a beautiful page for a weak offer converts at the same rate as an ugly one. Then we watch where people leave and fix that first.

The five pages of a cold-traffic funnel and where visitors leave Ad, landing, checkout, upsell, thank you. Of every 100 visitors, illustratively 42 reach the landing page, 9 reach checkout, 3 take the upsell and 3 reach the thank-you page. Three leaks: after the landing page, no clear promise in three seconds; after the checkout, it asks for an account; after the upsell, the second yes is harder than the first. How it runs

Offer first. Then pages. Then tests.

  1. Offer

    Week one

What is sold, at what price, in what order, with what guarantee. On one page, agreed before a pixel is placed.

  2. Build

    Weeks two to three

Copy, design, pages, checkout, upsells, tracking. Reviewed with you every few days, live on your domain.

  3. Verify

    Launch week

Pixel and server events tested against a real order. Every link, every device, every payment method walked.

  4. Tune

    Every week

Heatmaps, drop-off points, one test at a time. The page gets better every week it runs.

One promise per page, one test at a time. A funnel that changes five things a week teaches you nothing.

Deliverables

What lands on your desk.

Pages you own, on your domain, with the reasoning written down.

  • Week one

    The offer document

Product, price, order, guarantee, the objections and their answers. The page is built from this.

  • Once

    The pages

Landing, sales, checkout, upsell and thank-you, copy and design, live on your stack.

  • Once

    The tracking sign-off

Pixel, server events, UTMs, verified against a real order, in a sheet you can read.

  • Every week

    The drop-off read

Where people leave, heatmaps included, and the one change we are testing this week.

  • Every week

    The conversion report

Visitors, opt-ins, orders, order value, by page and by source.

What the build looks like

Five pages, one job each.

Schematic, not a client account.

Our own store

$100,380.34 in one day.

Meta was the main channel. $382,418 across that day and the three either side of it. The screenshots are the Shopify admin as it was. No crop around the number, no edit.

We show our own store because it is the account we can show in full. It is where the engine was built, and where every mistake was paid for with our own money before any of it was for sale.

This is for you if

  • A product that sells but whose page was built in a weekend two years ago
  • A course, a service or a low-ticket offer that needs a checkout and an upsell path
  • A brand with traffic and a conversion rate under 2 %

Not yet if

  • An offer that has not been sold once by hand. Sell it manually first; the funnel automates what already works

Questions founders ask first

Before you decide.

What do you build on?

Your stack when it can do the job; ours when it cannot. We build most funnels on Astro and Cloudflare with Stripe, because we can measure every step and it loads in under a second.

How long does a funnel take?

Two to three weeks from the signed offer document to live, tracking verified. A landing page alone, one week.

Do you write the copy?

Yes. Copy is the funnel. Design serves it, not the other way around.

What if it does not convert?

Then we find out where, in week one, and fix that page first. Every funnel we build ships with the tests already planned.

Next step

Thirty minutes. Your page, read live.

One of us walks your funnel with you as a cold visitor would, and shows you where they leave.
