Meta Ads management · Facebook and Instagram
Your ads have been running the same five creatives for three months. The cost per result creeps up every week.
We run your Meta account with the engine that took our own store to $100,380 in a day: new creative every week, scored before it spends, budget moved to what works, a report you can read in four minutes.
Two campaigns, not twelve. A 7-day creative test with spend thresholds set before launch. Winners promoted, losers logged, budgets moved on a three-day cycle. Nothing spends without your yes.
30 minutes with Jack or Max. We read your account live and tell you where the money leaks.
Where the money goes
Bad targeting rarely kills an account. Tired creative does.
Most accounts we open share the same shape. A handful of ads that won once are still running months later. The learning phase resets every time someone panics and edits a live ad set. Three campaigns fight each other in the same auction. The pixel fires twice on the thank-you page, so half the results are counted double and the other half are missed.
None of that is a targeting problem. It is a creative problem and a discipline problem, and both are fixable in a week. Creative moves cost per result by 20 to 30 %. The best bidding trick we have ever found moved it by single digits, once.
So the system is built around the creative: a batch of concepts every week, each with a written hypothesis, each given a spend limit before it launches, each judged on day seven by a decision tree instead of a feeling.
How it runs
How we run it, week after week.
-
Audit
24 hours
We read the account, the site and the best ads. You get the gaps, the plan and the first creatives, free, before we agree on anything.
-
Build
Week one
Pixel and Conversions API verified event by event. Two campaigns rebuilt. The first batch of statics and video live against your best audience.
-
Test
Every week
Four or five new concepts, one per ad set, spend limit set from your target CPA. Day seven: the tree decides. Winners promoted to Scale, losers logged.
-
Scale
Every third day
Budget moved on the rules, not on feel: +20 to 40 % when three days under target, cut when over. A note on every move, in the report.
Approve, steer, decide. The systems draft, score and watch around the clock. Nothing spends, sends or ships without a person saying yes, and that person is you or one of us.

Before
A health-insurance lead-generation account in France. Every lead cost €38.14, for about 57 leads a month. Five people on the sales team, and the cost per lead decided whether the month worked. The founder was the one checking Ads Manager at night.
-
What we changed
The same three stages every account gets. We read the account, the landing page and the best ads, and wrote down where the money leaked. Then tracking was fixed, the structure rebuilt, the first creatives shipped. Since then, every week: new creative in, losers out, budget to the winners, with a note on what moved and why.
-
After
A lead costs €2.47 today, about 1,028 a month, and the record month came in at €2.46. That is 15 times cheaper per lead, 26,389 leads in ten months, revenue from €4M to €8M in a year, and a sales team that grew from 5 to 15 people to keep up with the calls.
- €38.14 per lead, when they arrived
- €2.47 per lead, now
- €2.46 per lead, record month
- 15× cheaper per lead
- 26,389 leads in ten months
- 15 sales seats, up from 5
Your account is not this account, and we will not pretend it is. What carries over is the method. The session is where you find out whether it applies to you.
Thirty minutes with Jack or Max. Your account, read live.
Book a Profit Leak Strategy SessionThis is for you if
- A store with orders already moving and at least $8K a month to put behind ads
- A lead-gen business where the cost per qualified lead decides whether the month works
- A founder who is done being the person watching Ads Manager at 11pm
Not yet if
- A product that has never sold. Ads amplify demand, they do not create it
- A budget under $3K a month. The learning phase alone eats that
Questions founders ask first
Before you decide.
What happens on the Profit Leak Strategy Session?
Thirty minutes with Jack or Max. You share read access before the call; we open the account before you join, so the half hour goes to findings: where the money leaks, what we would do first, and whether this lane is right for you. No slide deck.
What is the minimum budget?
Around $8K a month in ad spend is where the engine pays for itself. Below $3K we will tell you to keep the money and fix the offer first.
Do you lock me into a contract?
Month to month. If we are not moving your numbers, you should be able to leave, and you can.
Who actually runs the account?
Jack and Max, with the systems we built for our own brands. No junior gets handed your account after the sales call.
Will you promise a ROAS?
No. Nobody honest can. We will show you our own numbers, tell you the rules we run by, and report yours every week without rounding.
