Email marketing · flows and campaigns

Your list is worth more than your ad account. Nobody is collecting it.

The revenue already sitting in your list, collected: the six flows most stores half-build and never finish, written in your voice, sending within the month.

We map every place a customer goes quiet, write the email that should meet them there, wire the trigger and the timing, and read the opens and clicks every week. Campaigns start the same month.

The six flows

Most stores run one flow. The money is in the other five.

Every store has a welcome email. Almost none has a browse-abandonment flow, a post-purchase sequence that sells the second order, a win-back for the customer who went quiet ninety days ago, or a VIP track for the ten percent who buy everything. Those are the emails that pay, and they are the ones that never get built because they are the boring ones.

Flows are owned revenue. They do not depend on an auction, they compound, and once they run they run every night. A store doing $80K a month with email under 20 % of revenue is leaving the cheapest money it will ever make on the table.

The work is unglamorous: map the moments, write the emails in the brand voice, wire the triggers, test the timing, check deliverability so the mail actually lands. Then read the numbers every week and fix the weakest email first.

How it runs

Map, build, tune. Then it runs every night.

  1. Map

    Week one

Every place a customer goes quiet, on a page. Which flow meets them there, with what offer, at what hour.

  2. Build

    Weeks two to three

Six flows written from your real product and your real reviews, designed, wired to their triggers, deliverability checked.

  3. Send

    Same month

Campaign calendar live: launches, drops, seasonal, with subject lines tested before the send.

  4. Tune

    Every week

Opens, clicks, revenue per email and per flow. The weakest email is rewritten first.

One number per flow, every month: revenue per email sent. If a flow does not earn, it is rewritten or removed.

Deliverables

What lands on your desk.

Every email in your voice, every trigger written down, every number attributable.

  • Week one

    The flow map

The moments, the flows, the triggers and the timing, on one page you can read in five minutes.

  • Once

    Six flows, written and live

Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP. In your voice, from your reviews.

  • Every month

    The campaign calendar

The month’s sends, with two subject lines per email and the winner picked before the full send.

  • Every month

    Deliverability check

Authentication, list hygiene, inbox placement tested, so the mail lands.

  • Every week

    The numbers

Revenue per email, per flow, per send. What we rewrote and why.

This is for you if

  • A store where email is under 20 % of revenue
  • A list that gets one newsletter a month and no flows
  • A lead-gen business that loses leads between the form and the call

Not yet if

  • A list under 500 people. Grow it first, then write to it

Questions founders ask first

Before you decide.

Which platform?

Klaviyo by default for stores; whatever you already run if it can trigger on behaviour. We do not move a list for the sake of it.

Do you write in my voice?

Yes. We read your product pages, your reviews and the last twenty emails you sent, then write the first flow and let you mark it up before anything else is drafted.

How fast does it pay?

The cart and browse flows usually earn inside the first month because they meet people already halfway to buying. Win-back and VIP compound over a quarter.

Can you do this for lead gen, not a store?

Yes. Same map, different moments: form to call, call to quote, quote to signature, and the no-show sequence that most businesses never write.

Next step

Thirty minutes. Your list, read live.

One of us opens your email platform with you and shows you which flow is missing and what it is costing.
